Integrated lines

The company has acquired significant experience in the integration of its robotic cells into existing or completely new production lines through collaboration with Italian companies that build turnkey production lines and / or plants.

To obtain the required results, it has enriched its robotic cells with SCADA capable of exchanging information with other line intelligences (PLC, OC, Management Systems) via files or databases.

The architectures, each time built on the specific needs of the customers, have made it possible to send and collect production and process data allowing to reach the traceability of the entire production path starting from the raw material up to the finished product, assembled, tested and packaged ready in stock for shipment to the customer, in accordance with the new Industry 4.0 regulations
