Oil / emulsion treatment

FILTRATION AND LUBRICANT REFRIGERATION SYSTEMS AND UNITS

The oil / emulsion is drawn from the machine tool tank and sent to the centralized treatment tank. Here it is filtered to the required microns, and fed back into the machine tool.

• Prevents the formation of bacteria and fungi in the tanks with consequent bad smells.
• Avoid disposing of water and products that extend the life of the emulsion

"DIALYSIS" PLANTS

The goal of these systems is to continuously dialyze all the tanks in the workshop in order to have the liquid always fresh and well oxygenated in the machine. The system takes, filters and reformulates the right percentage of oil-water to be put back into the machine.

TOPPING PLANTS

The goal is to safely top up the level in the tank of each machine. In a 4.0 key, the systems mix the right percentage and meet the demand of each individual machine tool for liquid in the tank.
